This document is intended preventive information to companies that perform their activity in the area in the port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, in order to meet the obligations required by Law 31/1995 of 8 November, prevention Occupational Hazard and is drawn with the intention to create a more enforcement of existing legislation on risk prevention, and especially R. D. 171/2004, which aims at implementing Article 24 of Law 31/1995 on the Prevention of Occupational Risks, referring to the coordination of business activities.
